Festive Bubblies Featuring Santa Margherita Prosecco
In the fifties, Santa Margherita was one of the first Italian Wineries to produce Spumante wines from Glera grapes. This tradition is renewed nowadays by means of the trustworthy interpretations of Prosecco Docg and Doc. Also discover this tradition through more modern, innovative alternatives combined with just as noble grape varieties such as Müller Thurgau or Malbech for the Rosé version of the “52” label. This savoir-faire made of elegance, fine effervescence, and top quality can also be found in Pinot Grigio (my personal fav!) Metodo Classico: a wine that has no match in the world.
And with a little creativity, take this already classic bubbly and turn it into two festive wine cocktail recipes to serve to your guests.

- 1 bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 orange
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup sugar

Directions: Rinse lemon and orange and thinly slice them, discarding seeds; quarter the orange slices. Put fruit in a 4- to 5-quart pan.
