Martinis Made with Wine
RED HOT SUMMER
¾ c. red wine
¼ c. lemon-lime soda
ice
Garnish: lime wheel
Combine ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with a lime wheel.
Wine Spritzer
A classic favorite is as simple, light and refreshing!
1/2 cup Club Soda
1 cup White Wine OR Red Wine
Ice
TIP: Add more flavor to your traditional wine spritzer by adding fresh strawberries, blueberries, or your other favorite fruit.

Strawberry Wine Spritzer
5 ounces dry White wine
2 ounces of soda water
2 ounces Island Oasis Strawberry (Or any other flavors)
Crushed ice
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and then pour into a Martini glass or extra large wine glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry. (You may substitute Island Oasis Strawberry with fresh blended strawberries and add 1 teaspoon sugar.)

PRINCESS OF THE HIVE
1 oz. gin
1 oz. Redtree Moscato
1 oz. lemon juice
½ oz. Peach Schnapps
½ oz. simple syrup
To make simple syrup, mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.
